Nuoc Cham

Made from a blend of fermented fish sauce, garlic and chilli, this essential Vietnamese condiment, adds a sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavour to any dish.

 

Ideal as a dipping sauce with fresh or fried spring rolls, chicken strips, fried fish, prawns, sushi and more. Add to soups, salads and stir-fries for extra flavour. Also great as a marinade or simply drizzle over rice and noodle dishes.

Ingredients

Vietnamese Dipping Sauce:

Water, sugar, fish sauce (anchovy, salt, water), garlic, chilli, vinegar, antioxidants: ascorbic acid.
